Sweheat is a family-run outdoor sauna on Western Beach at Royal Victoria Dock, close to City Hall and Canary Wharf. It has a wood-fired sauna and a cold plunge right by the water, and puts on a programme of Aufguss, ritual and social sessions.
Some evening sessions, including Aufguss nights, are listed as textile-free, so no swimwear, just a towel big enough to sit on. Other sessions have different rules, so check the event page before you book.
