Apollo is a members' club set in just under six acres of old woodland, less than ten miles from Brighton and close to the South Downs. There are wide sunbathing lawns around the pool, which was replaced with a heated outdoor pool in 2025, plus a clubhouse with a covered veranda, a pool table, darts and TV for poorer days. A sauna sits in the main shower block.
Non-members can book a pitch for a tent, caravan or camper van, or the two-person guest chalet, with photo ID shown on arrival. It suits couples and families, and singles can enquire about joining. There is a Saturday barbecue through the summer and a steady list of social nights.
