Sauna Cwtch runs two Swedish-designed wood-fired saunas beside a lake at Park in the Past, near Hope on the Flintshire and Wrexham border. Sessions mix heat with cold-water dips in the lake, and changing is in a heated bell tent.
Alongside its normal (swimwear) sessions it holds naturist events listed through British Naturism's North West region, in a traditional FKK style. A 55 minute naturist session was £20 a person in 2026. These sessions must be booked online in advance, and there is a short walk from the locked car park to the sauna.
