Springfield is the home of the Manchester Sun and Air Society, owned and cared for by its members since 1948. The 17-acre site at Lower Peover, near Knutsford, mixes woodland and natural ponds with two large camping and caravanning fields, a big pavilion, a heated pool, sports areas and a children's playground.
Visitors can stay with a tent, tourer, motorhome or camper van on fully serviced pitches, or book Fox Cottage, the club's chalet. All bookings are checked by the site warden and photo ID is needed on arrival. The club describes itself as a place for family naturism and welcomes membership enquiries from families and couples.
