Blackpool and Fylde Sun Club has organised naturist swims on the Fylde coast since 1984. Its main event is a two-hour evening swim, usually on the first Saturday of the month, at the health and fitness centre in Poulton-le-Fylde, where the club has the whole 20m pool and a seating area.
Around thirty people usually come along, and many head to a nearby pub afterwards. You do not need to be a member or book ahead, but bring ID on your first visit and check the website before travelling, as dates sometimes change.
