Prested Hall, a historic house near Feering just off the A12, has a health and wellness club with a 20 metre indoor pool, sauna and steam room. On the second and fourth Sunday evenings of each month the club hosts a naturist session, with poolside loungers and use of the garden in summer.
Sessions are popular and places are limited, so first visits must be arranged in advance with the health club manager by phone or email.
