Valley Club is a members' run naturist club and campsite on about five acres of North Yorkshire countryside on the edge of Harrogate. The grounds have plenty of open lawn for sunbathing, a nine-hole pitch and putt course, boules, miniten and badminton courts, and a clubhouse with a licensed bar that opens on weekend evenings. There are two shower blocks and a visitors' kitchen, but no electric hook-ups.

Visitors can come for the day or stay in their own tent, caravan or motorhome, and can join in with the weekly golf and boules competitions and themed social nights. Visitors are taken from spring to the end of October, currently from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. Well-behaved pets are welcome. People who want to join are usually asked to visit at least twice first.

Where it is

The pin marks Harrogate, not the exact site: like many private clubs, Valley Club shares its address when you book or arrange a visit.
